SVG to PNG uses rsvg-convert, which implements the SVG specification closely. Complex SVGs with fonts or advanced CSS effects may render slightly differently from browser output.

How good is PNG to SVG tracing?

PNG to SVG uses bitmap tracing and works best on black-and-white logos and line art. Photos and complex illustrations will not produce clean results — use SVG to PNG for photos.
